Write

Press Write something and say what you need in plain words.

The Malmö supplier is late again. Can someone check the delivery by Thursday?

You do not choose a person. The AI finds the subject and sends it to whoever owns that subject. The receipt tells you who: "Sent — Maria owns supplier orders." If the AI is unsure, it asks you one short question.

Choose Public or Private before you send. Private work can be read only by you and the subject's owners.

My queue

The list of things that need you. Each one says what is needed, who asked, and why it came to you. Work you asked others for sits under Waiting on others. The goal is an empty list: "Nothing needs you."

Done, Reply, Not mine

• Done. It is finished. The person who asked is told.
• Reply. Ask a question or give an update. It stays with the request.
• Not mine. It goes back, and Handled learns. This is good manners, not rudeness.

If you share a subject, press Claim to take a request.

Talk and Wrap up

A talk is a small conversation with the people you choose. Only they can read it. Use it when something needs thinking through first.

When you have agreed something, press Wrap up. The AI drafts the decisions and tasks. One of you checks the draft and approves it. Each task goes to its owner. Then choose Keep talking or Finish the talk.

End every talk with Wrap up. Otherwise what you agreed stays in the talk and nobody owns it.

Agreed something in WhatsApp or email instead? Open Talks, choose Wrap up a conversation and paste it in. You get the same draft of decisions and tasks.

Brainstorm

A talk that starts from a question. The AI draws the ideas as a map while you write. Star the ones you like, then press Decide.

Ask AI

Ask about your company's work: "What did we agree with the supplier?" Ask AI searches what you are allowed to read in Handled and the sources you have connected. It shows where each answer came from, and it is private to you. Check the sources.

On your phone

The same queue, talks and writing box. Talk messages notify you at once, and you can mute a talk. Other work arrives at your company's delivery times. Urgent work arrives at once.
