WHERE WORK STARTS

Three ways
work starts.

See each one in a short clip

ONE WAY IT ENDS

Nobody picks
who does it.

Every task lands with the owner of its subject, with one line saying why. Owners and decisions stay on the subject map, even when someone leaves.

See how it works

In a chat, work gets talked about.
In Handled, it gets done.

THE USUAL WAY

  1. You post in a busy chat and mention three people.
  2. Each of them thinks someone else has it.
  3. A week later you ask “any update?”
  4. The answer is somewhere you can’t find.

WITH HANDLED

  1. You talk it through, or just write what you need.
  2. It lands with the owner of that subject, with one line saying why.
  3. One person claims it. You can see who.
  4. It ends. The outcome stays with the request.

A talk in Handled is small, invite-only and about one thing. It ends when every task has an owner.

GOOD QUESTIONS

A little more
clarity.

So now I pick recipients?

No. You write what you need and Handled finds the subject and its owner, with one line saying why. If it isn’t sure, it asks you to choose a subject, never a person. In a talk you choose who to talk with, but the work that comes out of it still goes to the subject’s owner, or to someone in the talk who accepts it.

Isn’t this just Slack?

No. There is nothing to browse and nothing to keep up with. You write a request, Handled finds the owner, and the work ends. When something needs a conversation first, a talk is small, invite-only and about one thing. It ends with decisions people can find and tasks with owners. Keep using Slack if you like. Handled is where the work finishes.

Does AI read everything?

No. AI reads what you write to Handled so it can find the right subject, and your company can turn that off. Ask AI searches only the sources you connect and can access, when you ask. In a talk, AI reads only when someone presses Wrap up, Finish or Make task. In a brainstorm, it reads only that brainstorm’s messages, to draw the idea map and answer when asked. It suggests. A person decides.
